Credit card information is required to hold certain appointments.

All sales are nonrefundable.

For any slimming, smoothing or facial appointment, cancellations less than 36 hours in advance will be charged a $25 fee, while no shows or cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a $50 fee. Being more than
10 minutes late will be considered a “no show.”

All session passes (not memberships) expire 1 year from date of purchase.

The products and services offered at CryoActive Wellness are not evaluated by the FDA and the
